Terms and Conditions
We want to keep ordering from Boxes4Moving simple and we don't want to bombard you with terms and conditions however here you will find the answers to many of your questions. If you do not see an answer to your question please do not hesitate to contact one of our customer service representatives.
Ordering from Boxes4Moving.co.uk
Ordering is easy. Simply place products into the shopping cart. You can find a full list of our packaging products for removals or storage on our home page. When you are happy with your selections simply select Checkout and you will be taken to our secure payment provider PayPal where you can pay with any major credit or debit card at no extra cost. You will be sent an e-mail to confirm your order. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted.
Prices
The prices of Boxes4Moving packing products for removal or storage are as displayed on our website. We aim only to display items which are in stock and can be dispatched quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item, we may substitute this with an item of the same or better quality. We will notify you of this as soon as possible if this applies. If we offer a replacement or up-graded item which is not satisfactory, you may cancel your order before dispatch and we will refund any money you have paid.
Delivery
Prices quoted on the Boxes4Moving website are inclusive of VAT. We understand that you require your products urgently and that our service is important to you. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us by e-mail or telephone. We will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
We aim to have your order dispatched and delivered within 48 hours. This timescale may vary if an order is placed on a public holiday, weekend or Friday after 12.00pm.
Orders sent will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order. If there is not somebody present at the time of delivery, the courier company will leave their contact details so you can arrange another delivery time. We can deliver to your home, place of work or a nominated address.
Returns
We endeavour to supply the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with our products. We are not able to provide refunds on items unless they are faulty. A Customer Service Representative will be happy to help you if you have any queries. Boxes4Moving do not disclose customer information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site. When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number. We may record which products you purchase. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use that enables us to improve the service we provide.
This information is used to process orders and to provide a more personal shopping experience. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to other companies.
Boxes4Moving do not have access to any customers credit or debit card details. Payments are handled entirley by our payment processor PayPal who use the latest encryption technology.
